Community Fit is an inclusive health and wellness program providing fitness classes to our community. Classes are led by experienced local trainers and offer varying fitness levels for anyone to participate.
Classes are held at the Bruno Gianatti Hall
Registration is mandatory for each participant and can be done online or at your first class.
Current Classes
Flow & Movement
Wednesday 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Ages: 16+
This class is designed for men & women flowing movements with no getting down on the floor. Best for people who may have injuries and balance issues and again incorporating the 5 functional movements for moving better every day.
Kay (Mighty Active Women) is a movement, restoration, athletic and running coach using all her learnings to help people move better for every day. It doesn’t matter on body size or ability as each class is adapted to your personal needs.
Yoga
Friday 10 am – 11 am
Ages: 16+
Yoga is for men & women from 16yrs+ this class will help bring flexibility, strength and build a connection between the mind and body. This class encompasses yoga Asana (poses) and pranayama (breath) to help you move and stretch. Every week a different sequence to give an overall body stretch and build emotional well being.
Sylvana (Yoga on the Farm) is a very experienced yoga instructor catering to all ages young and old.

Our membership allows a voice for your community, the opportunity to make new connections, gives you the power of knowledge and education and most importantly provides a place, belonging and values.The JCC offers 2 types of Membership - General & Business. General is for individual local residents and Business is for local businesses.
Community Fit was developed by the Jarrahdale Community Collective to provide fitness classes to our community, led by experienced local trainers.
Classes are held at the Jarrahdale Hub – Bruno Gianatti Hall and include: Kid Fit, Teen Fit, Adult Fit, Flow & Movement and Yoga.
Registration is mandatory for each participant and can be done online or at your first class.
Tuesdays 6 pm-7 pm – Drop-In Adult $5, Senior 50+ $2 (Cash Only)

Adult fit is for men & women of all ages 16+
Every session is different and goes over the 5 functional body movements. Sessions start with a movement warm up a workout and stretches to complete each class.
Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Bring a reusable water bottle, towel and yoga mat (if you have one)
Class maxed at 20 Participants
Wednesdays 4 pm-5 pm – Drop-In $5 (Cash Only)
Elle (Mission with Nutrition) is little bit crazy and a lot of fun! Experienced in CrossFit training, Elle has made the perfect Kids Fit program!
Kids Fit is for youth 7 to 12 years old
Elle will keep it super fun focusing on increasing the heart rate, using all muscle groups and developing natural abilities.
Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Bring a reusable water bottle, towel and yoga mat (if you have one)
Parent sign-in is required, however, supervision is not. Parents are welcome to stay – tea and coffee will be provided.
